BEE POLLEN: I suggest you purchase it local to your area. The benefits are too many to list here but do google it. If you have an allergy to bees it may not be a good supplement for you.
MACA: Maca is a root grown in peru. Some of the benefits include but are not limited to helping to lower cholestrol, balancing hormones, boosting the immune system, increasing stamina, can also be used in place of viagra, increase in energy and a host of other benefits.
HEMP PROTEIN: Antioxidants, essential fatty acids, chlorophyll, minerals, vitamins, amino acids.
Spirulina: Highest form of protein, b12, iron, trace minerals, essential fatty acids GLA, richest source of beta carotene.
